Welcome to MysteryRealm. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, booking a quest, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Participation Requirements

Age Restrictions: Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some quests may have specific age recommendations due to their content or difficulty level.

Arrival Time: Participants must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time for briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund if more than 15 minutes late.

Health and Safety: Participants must be in good health to participate. Our quests may involve physical activity, including standing, walking, crouching, and reaching. Participants with medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely should inform us before booking.

Behavior: Participants must behave responsibly and follow all safety instructions. MysteryRealm reserves the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or pose a risk to themselves or others, without refund.

Legal Compliance and Regulations

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection standards and online safety protocols. MysteryRealm operates in accordance with international compliance requirements to ensure a safe and secure user experience.

User Responsibilities

Users are required to act lawfully and refrain from violating any local, national, or international laws while using our services. Any misuse of our platform that breaches compliance policies may result in account suspension or legal action.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In case of disputes, we adhere to strict legal frameworks and offer fair resolution processes. All disputes will be governed by the laws. By using our services, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and agree to their enforcement.

Property and Equipment

Damage to Property: Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to MysteryRealm's property or equipment due to negligence or misuse. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

Personal Property: MysteryRealm is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home or using the lockers provided.

Intellectual Property: All puzzles, designs, themes, and content within our escape rooms are the intellectual property of MysteryRealm. Photography, video recording, or sharing of puzzle solutions is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Safety and Emergency Procedures

Emergency Exits: All rooms have emergency exits that can be used at any time. In case of an emergency, participants should follow the illuminated exit signs and staff instructions.

First Aid: First aid kits are available on-site, and staff are trained in basic first aid. In case of injury or medical emergency, please notify a staff member immediately.

Fire Safety: In case of fire, participants must evacuate the building immediately following the emergency exit signs and staff instructions. Assembly points are located outside the building.

Photography and Publicity

Photography: MysteryRealm may take photographs of participants before or after their experience for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant MysteryRealm permission to use these photographs on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff before your experience.

Gift Certificates

Validity: Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Redemption: Gift certificates must be redeemed through our booking system using the unique code provided. Bookings are subject to availability.

Refunds: Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

Modifications to Terms

MysteryRealm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
