Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Our quests are popular and often sell out. You can book online through our website or by calling our booking line.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Can I book the entire facility for a private event?
Yes, we offer private bookings for corporate events, birthday parties, and other special occasions. Please contact our events team at [email protected] for availability and pricing.
Are there any age restrictions?
Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some quests, like the Haunted Mansion, may be too intense for younger players. The Detective's Office is our most family-friendly option and suitable for players as young as 10.
